Because I don’t use any of the default routes, I just hit cancel when it asks to check the routes.  I create a route each time I fly, I don’t really save them.  I think this is more geared for VA’s etc.
    i hope this helps you.

    Version 1.1.
    New Voices:
Additional German Male Capt. Additional German Female FO. Additional American Captain. Additional American FO. Additional Australian Captain. Additional Australian FO. New UK Ground Crew. New United States FA. New United Kingdom FA Public Announcements. New German FA Public Announcements.

Captain's Turbulence PA now available. Gate arrival procedures enhanced.  Please see the tutorials for updated procedures.  FS2Crew will only attempt to connect the ground equipment after you announce "Shutdown Procedure".  This allows you to set the parking brake during taxi without triggering the ground equipment to be connected. New Config Option to allow the FO to turn on both generators in the Freighter, not just one. You can now talk to the ground crew by holding down the R/T INT switch.  Hold it in the INT position.
    Fixed / Updated:
Manuals updated.  Some available voice commands were not listed. FO now properly calls "Plus 100" not "Approaching Minimums" based on associated Config Option. Voice Command "Select Flight Directors On/Off". No smoking signs no longer toggled in the Freighter models at 5000 feet in the descent. Can no longer call the ground crew while airborne. Touch and Go's fixed with respect to the Landing Checklist. Captain's no longer plays when you run the Pre-Flight events in Button Control. FO should now properly set the Baro scale (IN/MB) when in the US or Canada during his preflight flow. Missing sound file in the Secure Checklist (Emergency Exit Lights). FO will not announce passing the Transition Level during the descent if the altimeters are already set to QNH. Strobes On/Off voice command fixed. Match Speed / Bug Up/ Bug 1 - 5 - 10 - 20 - 25 -30 fixed. Setting the comm radios via voice control improved. Checklist Management voice commands fixed (ie., cancel the checklist, restart the checklist). On the FS2Crew Map, the the Flight Number now displays. FO should now properly acknowledge engine start commands. Config Manager panel.cfg handling updated to handle a rare situation where Vox ATC was on the panel.cfg file, resulting in Window numbers being put out of alignment. "Passing Altitude" math improved to generate more accurate values taking your rate of climb/descent into account. FO will not turn on the strobe lights when crossing runways (Voice command: "Confirm Clear to Cross/Enter Runway XXX" must be used). "Set and Checked" now works as a possible response for the Before Takeoff "Flaps" challenge. FO now responds to FMA callouts while in Descent Mode. If final sector, packs off deferred to the shutdown procedure. "Set Heading 000" fixed. Ground crew volume amplified. Dome light handling improved for 2nd legs. Twitter / Facebook integration now working again (Social Integration tab on the Config Manager).

Dark night, cloudy approach with little turbulence... Check your terrain radar and make sure it's always on. Keep safe sector altitude, you're flying around highest Spanish mountain Teide which is 3718 meters (12 198 feet) high!
You've just made a safe landing to Tenerife South Airport located in the biggest of the Canary Islands.
The airport itself carry over 10 million passengers per year with more than 58 thousand operations. It was built to replace Tenerife North airport which due to worst localization was difficult to approach to and land due to often fog.
Now it's time to experience all of this V4! With newest technology used to develop this scenery we achieved a stunning level of details keeping great performance and high FPS.

Navigraph decided to release cycle 1712 already. No need to wait for December 7th for the next update. You can get it right now.
Here is a short manual that shows how to add the add-on mapping in the FMS Data Manager.

I look forward to the day when we can align all the Nav data indeed.  For now I am used to using Little Nav Map, Avlasoft EFB and Plan G in order to check the Approach courses and frequencies.

    Perfect.
Hopefully LM will get away from this BGL mess (which caused me a lot of work too) and finds  a better solution.
Updated default navdata would not hurt either.
And I hope whenever they move to a new format that it is documented for the public. BGL is actually not. A lot of people spent a huge amount of time at fsdeveloper to document the format in the wiki.

  16. Bcrawley57 liked a post in a topic by Bcrawley57 in Little Navmap 1.8.3 released - Navigraph data updates
I think that it’s great that this amazing package has introduced Navigraph updates.  However whilst this is brilliant for X plane, I think it is not really worth it for P3D as it will potentially mis align the runway information. Hopefully one day P3D will use an update method to bring their data up to date and therefore aligned both with real life data and Navigraph.
  17. Bcrawley57 liked a post in a topic by albar965 in Little Navmap 1.8.3 released - Navigraph data updates
    Errr...
I think it is the other way round. Lemme xplain:
X-Plane comes with a relatively "recent" 1611 navdatabase that already has features that the FSX/P3D BGL stuff simply cannot cover:
Speed limits in procedures, one-way airways, upper altitude limits for airways and SID/STAR names that can be displayed correctly and are not limited to five characters. Also it can use SIDs and STARs already in its stock GPS, the G1000 and the FMS.
Additionally the whole X-Plane scenery database is easy to update. When you update the X-Plane navdata with Aerosoft or Navigraph, LNM just reads the updated navdata files. Navigraph or Aerosoft just put some files into a directory and that's it. All features there, only newer.
Not so easy with the BGL files. fsAerodata does its best to mitigate all the problems with the scenery database in P3D and jumps through hoops to update the data and the airports and I think they do a good job there. But some limitations like the above mentioned missing speed limits will remain with the current BGL system.
Biggest benefit for X-Plane users is that they get airspaces now. The rest of the navdatabase in LNM is the same as before.
If an approach does not match in FSX/P3D (can also happen in X-Plane but less likely) you better get a freeware or payware add-on airport. Otherwise you'll end up in the field. See extreme example from the LNM manual of a German airport which was rebuilt in 2013 in a different spot:

Taken from FSX stock data. There are already freeware add-ons which put the airport to the right place. Needless to say that it is already in the right place in X-Plane.
So, IMHO the option to update the LNM navdata is more beneficial for P3D users. Additionally you can always install the fsAerodata update where the stock airports are corrected, renamed, replaced and so on.

  18. Bcrawley57 liked a post in a topic by Bcrawley57 in JustFlight VC10 Jetliner released
The VC10 is widely regarded as one of the most graceful jet airliners ever created, with its long slim fuselage, clean angled-back wings and graceful swept-back tail surfaces. The aircraft was designed by Vickers-Armstrongs to fly on long-distance BOAC routes between the UK and Africa, which required an aircraft capable of operating from hot airports at high altitudes with short runways. This resulted in an aircraft with superb performance, second only to the supersonic Concorde in terms of speed for a jet airliner.

VC10 Jetliner for Flight Simulator X and Prepar3D includes an accurately modelled Type 1101 (known as the BOAC Standard variant) variant in 10 liveries, including a variety of BOAC and British Airways schemes.

The detailed virtual cockpit features 3D instruments, authentic wear and tear, and all four flight crew positions (Captain, Co-Pilot, Flight Engineer and Navigator) modelled in high detail. Comprehensive but easy-to-use systems are simulated, including a realistic fuel system with transfer and jettison functionality, an autopilot with pitch and bank hold, an autothrottle with IAS and MACH hold capabilities, and simulated powered flying control units (PFCUs). Realistic engine start procedures are possible with ground air supply and cross-bleed, and autostart (Ctrl+E) compatibility allows you to get airborne quickly.

The VC10 is brought to life with distinctive Rolls-Royce Conway engine sounds and realistic and accurate flight dynamics based on real-world performance and handling data as well as input from ex-VC10 crew.

See the Detailed Description below for the full list of features!

What is the Jetliner product range?

Following the success of our F-Lite (highly detailed but simplified systems) and Professional (study sim, complex systems) product ranges, the Jetliner range was introduced to offer aircraft that sit between these two ranges. At the core of all our aircraft are highly realistic and detailed models, featuring numerous animations and accompanied by authentic flight dynamics and sounds. The Jetliner range of aircraft features aircraft and cockpit systems which retain the ease of use of those found in F-Lite aircraft but with greater depth and complexity for key systems such as the autopilot, fuel and engine start systems.

The Jetliner range offers the perfect stepping stone for virtual pilots looking to transition from F-Lite to Professional, as well as being ideally suited to those at any experience level.
