FRANK DAINESE AND FABIO BELLINI RELEASED CERRO TORRE - LOS GLACIARES 3D FOR X-PLANE The team of Frank Dainese and Fabio Bellini have released another spectacular 3D scenery, turning their focus to Cerro Torre Los Glaciares National Park in South Patagonia on the border between Argentina and Chile. Not only does the scenery include both Cerro Torre (at 10,262 feet) and the Fitz Roy (at 11,171 feet), users will also get the virtual El Chalten Airport, complete with an 800m runway, apron area, and 4 parking spots. The Base Camp at Cerro Torre also includes a heliport and each area (both the heliport and airport) have 3D building models. Both mountains have been reconstructed using 3D models and DEM data was corrected using a 3D graphics program before HD textures were applied (taken from HD photos). The scenery can be purchased from the X-Plane.org store for $22.95. Frank Dainese and Fabio Bellini Announce New Project for X-Plane 11 Hot off the release of their Everest Park 3D earlier this month, Frank Dainese and Fabio Bellini announced that they have already started work on their next project. After enjoying their time in mountainous regions, the team are returning to that type of terrain. Announced today via HeliSimmer, the development of Cerro Torre and Fitz Roy for X-Plane 11. In total, the region will be around 500 SQ KM in size, and feature both mountains previously mentioned at their accurate altitude. Both Cerro Torre (3,128 meters / 10,262 feet) and the Fitz Roy (3405 meters / 11,171 feet) have been custom designed for the simulator for maximum realism. Furthermore, the town of El Chalten will be recreated, along with a fictional town featuring several helipads (no wonder HeliSimmer broke the news so quickly). There is no release date other than it won’t be until 2019. However, the in-development previews already show great progress of how things are currently coming along. Frank Dainese and Fabio Bellini Release Everest Park 3D We have been following the news of Frank Dainese and Fabio Bellini’s Everst Park 3D for a while now, and today was the promised release day. The duo have kept their promise and released Everest Park 3D for X-Plane 11 via the Org store. Lukla Airport (VNLK) is known as one of the toughest airports in the world to land and take off at. At a high altitude, surrounded by mountainous terrain and a sloping runway, it’s going to cause some challenges along the way. The airport has been created in immense detail with plenty of real world elements recreated for an immersive experience. Further to just Lukla Airport, there has been a tremendous amount of work done to 7 nearby helipads and Syangboche Airport. From helisimmer: Frank Dainese has shown a few more screenshots of his work with Fabio Bellini in the upcoming 3D Everest Park for X-Plane 11. In the new screenshots of the scenery, which will come out in December, Frank has shown some details of Lukla. These screenshots show a live environment with lots of men, carts, cargo and other paraphernalia around the airport. This is exactly the kind of detail we love to see in these places and I have the feeling this scenery will quickly become one of the helicopter community’s favorites. December’s not arriving fast enough! Here we are the first images of the new scenario for Xplane 11: Navajo Tribal Park or simply Monumnet Valley. It is a completely rebuilt and renovated remake of one of my scenery for FSX (Orbx). A spectacular area, where nature has generously creating stunning landscapes and incredible beauty. The area is between the states of Utha and ARIZONA, covers about 350 square kilometers and is the border between the degrees + + 37-111 and 36-111. Ben 21 3D models of the main peaks derived from DEM data and then reworked and completed with 4K textures (UHD). No orthophotos used but all the ground rebuilt with typical of the area polygon / texture (desert). The mesh completely reconstructed by Fabio and adapted to the positioning of 3D models. Moreover, all the streams reconstructed. All the main buildings played. The four most characteristic areas (Airport, Oljato, View Hotel, John Ford Point) played with many details. Scenario only suitable for VFR flight, helicopter, aerolite ... 1 Airport (UT25) Monument Valley and other heliports 2 (View Hotel, John Ford Point) to facilitate the flight by helicopter. It will be available during the summer. Here are some preview pictures ... (Text translated by Google) SOURCE INFO DEVELOPER POST LINK : http://scenarialpinifsx.blogspot.com NEWS SITE ARTICLE LINK :

Frank Dainese & Fabio Bellini Release 3D Matterhorn Park for X-Plane Frank Dainese & Fabio Bellini have released their 3D Matterhorn Park scenery for X-Plane after the announcement of the product back in January. Despite a relatively short development period, the Matterhorn Park scenery depicts the Matterhorn region of the Swiss Alps in great detail over 500 square kilometres with snow-capped mountains and sweeping, grassy valleys. In addition to the namesake mountain, the X-Plane 10 & 11 scenery also includes coverage of the adjoining Zermatt and Cervinia regions on either side of the Swiss/Italian border.
