Mega-thread: AOA Simulations Lockheed-Martin F-35A Previews By: Sam Clark February 1, 2019 Military aircraft developers AOA Simulations are nearing completion of their latest project, the F-35A. This is their third X-Plane aircraft, after the F-35B and V-22 Osprey, the most recent of which was released in March last year. In a Facebook post published on January 30th, the developers show off a new livery for the jet and say; "We are getting closer to release :)" AOA provide near-daily coverage of their various projects via their Facebook page, though F-35A updates are by far the most popular as the American stealth figher approaches release. The F-35A has a large arsenal of weapons to choose from, all integrated closely with the aircraft itself. AOA have provided a list of the various missiles and guns fitted to the X-Plane version: GAU-22/A four-barrel 25 mm gun 2 x AIM-9X Sidewinder 2 x AIM-120D AMRAAM 8 x GBU-53B Stormbreaker 4 x AGM-158 JASSM (GPS-guided) SOURCE INFO DEVELOPER POST LINK : NEWS SITE ARTICLE LINK : https://www.thresholdx.net/news/aoaf35

Hey guys, I hope I'm not overreaching with this shameless self-promotion. But I hope that what I'm working on might be of interest to you and your viewers. I am currently developing a Lockheed Vega 5 for FSX and P3D. It will be released as an early-alpha version and I hope I get a nice flow of suggestions and critiques that will help to build an awesome product for the sim. You can find some information on my website www.wing42.com. I also just today published a first video on youtube to showcase some of the features. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-LYUddA5mk I'm currently reaching out to various youtubers and flightsim communities to get some exposure for this project and hope that you could help getting the word out. contact me via email email@example.com if you have any more questions. With a profile view much more familiar wearing military livery, Lockheed Martin’s civilian LM-100J is well suited to a wide range of roles. As a firefighter, the big turboprop offers a choice of two roll on/roll off tankage options. Other roles could include delivering oversize cargo to remote sites and transporting VVIPs. Is the following topic attributed to Froogle worth a discussion. Dovetail has the entertainment rights to FSX. Lockheed Martin had the rights for the FSX platform for use in training, etc. Lockheed Martin has two copies of Prepar3d for sale, the Professional version and the Academic version of Prepar3d at a much reduced price. When purchasing Prepared Lockheed Martin did not attempt to determine if the Sim was to be used in training or in the case of the Academic version, there no attempt by Lockheed Martin to determine the “Academic” status of the purchaser. Could Dovetail legally make a claim that Lockheed Martin made no attempt to determine how each copy of Prepar3d was to be used and therefore many copies were used for entertainment purposes, contributing to the demise of Flight Sim World. Have come across a issue even when applying the quickfixes for FlyTampas sceneries. When flying in or out of OMDB and LOWW the sim will eventually crash even when the quickfixes has been added. Have removed both sceneries and tested and the sim no longer crash to desktop. Also, EKCH with the quickfix gives me a tremendous stuttering as soon as nightfall starts to arrive and lights come on and it has big problems loading in autogen and lights. If you experience the same, the fix is to simply uninstall them and wait for a proper release.
