  7. FSElite Exclusive: New Flight Sim Labs A319 Preview Shots No doubt one of the most anticipated aircraft releases coming this year, the Flight Sim Labs A319 has been in the works for a while now. In this time, Flight Sim Labs had been teasing on their forums that we would be seeing some new and exciting features accompany the aircraft that were not present on the A320. We got a first glimpse of one of these new features last week when FlightSimLabs showed off the new and groundbreaking icing feature that would be debuting on the A319. 9. Aeroplane Heaven: Bristol Bulldog Dev. Shots Aeroplane Heaven shared some renders of their work in progress build of the Bristol Bulldog. The Bristol Bulldog was a single-seater British fighter biplane back in 1930. It had a top speed of 178 miles per hour, but only served for 8 years. Just by the looks of these initial renders this is looks like the real thing. It will be very interesting to see how this one turns out – Aeroplane Heaven have always been the ones to tackle very old aircraft like this. 13. Over on Facebook, the PACSIM team has previewed some more shots of their upcoming Reno/Tahoe International Airport (KRNO). The new previews go into more detail of what you can expect from the internal modelling, the nearby city and other features littered around the airport. The screenshots have been taken to showcase the night lighting surrounding the airport. Excitingly, the airport will also include SODE jetways and the performance is meant to be excellent. No concrete release dates were confirmed by the team, but it’s due to go into final testing soon. You can also watch some video previews of PacSim’s Reno here. LINK TO SOURCE: https://fselite.net/
  14. When Iain says “final shots”, you know that release is right around the corner. This must mean that release of Orbx’s latest Aerofly FS 2 entry is going to ready very soon. If you don’t know, the next release will be Eagle County Regional Airport, by Jarrad Marshall. The shots below represent what will most likely be the final product, giving you insight into the amount of detail Aerofly FS 2 will allow developers to cram in. We anticipate release will happen in the next day or so, and when it’s available, we shall let you know. For now, check out the Orbx forums for continued updates. 16. ImagineSim has been awfully busy lately. They’ve released a brand new version of their Atlanta scenery, which was completely free and provided the community with some fantastic new performance features. We have known for a while that they are working on Singapore and now their focus appears to be back on that Asian airport. 17. OR Tambo Development Screen Shots Development of OR Tambo Intl Airport has resumed. The project is well underway, but a lot of work still need to be done around the main terminal complex. The screen shots shown below are development screen shots. The final product may differ from what you see here. Please take this into account. We have set an estimated release date for this package for the 15th of December 2017, but we may complete it sooner. It is very difficult to determine a release date this early as a lot of things can go wrong that we have not anticipated for. OR Tambo is a very difficult airport to develop and still keep the frame rate smooth. We will add as much detail as possible, but we may reach a point where we have to choose between a smooth frame rate a detailed airport. In that case, frame rate will always win as it is useless to have a highly detailed airport without being able to land there! Enjoy the screen shots!
