real-world BOEING 747 ENGINE almost HIT THE GROUND after CROSSWIND LANDING (4K)

This Boeing 747 landing was one of the weirdest I have ever seen. After dealing with some crosswinds the pilots of this Boeing 747 made a perfect crosswind landing on runway 18R at Amsterdam Schiphol last saturday. But right after touchdown one of the "speed brakes" ("airbrakes? Brakes above the wings, don` t know the name") didn` t come up. The Boeing 747 slowly drifted to the right and the outer engine almost touched the ground. I am not sure if the speed brake failure was the reason for this. Probably a pilot could tell us more about what exactly happened here.

Wind speeds up to 40 knots caused some trouble at Schiphol last saturday. This Boeing 747 was among many heavy planes which had some issues with the crosswinds. I filmed three go arounds which I will show you in another videos. Today` s topic is the Boieng 747 engine issue.

Thanks for watching, new videos every tuesday and friday.
